Everyone there was nice even the guess that was there.
The carpet in the hallway really need to be clean.
The Ramada was very nice the mall right across the street. Where the swimming pool was located was very nice and clean.

The cleanliness of the bathroom, the walls in the shower was very dusty, you can actually tell the tiles were put in and the fact they workers painting.

The room was very clean, the pool area was very pretty.
The Tiki Bar was never open when I wanted to go.
This hotel was very nice, very affordable, very clean and the wait staff was very friendly.

Nothing was worth the money in that hotel nothing was working in the room.
The hotel/resort that it is not and they charge 10.00 dollars for something not even worth it hotel is a dump.

We stayed at the same facility about 7 years ago and it has not changed a bit. Our first experience was to be put in a smoking room that smelled like an ashtray. (I smoke in my home & it is obvious the rooms are not properly cleaned). This time it only smelled like an ashtray. Excellent pool area.
The bar and pool area closes too early. Rooms Outdated.
I have mixed feelings. The room needs a lot of work. Both elevators in my wing were out of service. On the other hand, the common areas were very good.
